Propose
The Kindy Manager Educator App is designed to display Emergency information to a validate educator for the purpose of child safety and wellbeing.
Personal Data
An educator can only view the Emergency contacts for the children. Emergency details include the emergency contact names and phone numbers provided to the Childcare Centre from the Enrolment Application. Guardian names and numbers can not be modified using the Educators App.Medications and Allergies can also be viewed via the App which allows the educators to stay informed on the needs of the children.
Device Interaction
The date on the device is used to display only the relevant information for that day. Only children booked on the date of the device will be visible. No setting of the device can be accessed or modified by the Educator App.
Data Source and Data Access
The Educator App only accesses data from the Childcare Centre’s own database. To have access to this data, the administrator must add each educator along with a unique pin number. This will allow the educator to log into the App. When an educator leaves the service, the administrator can simply remove the login details on the educator.
