How to check if your Ezidebit uploads have been successful

How to check and manage your payments
We have received many reports that not all payments appear to be uploading to Ezidebit or are timing out.
They actually are uploading, however on the odd occasion Kindy Manager isn’t receiving a successful response from Ezidebit.
So now you may not be 100% sure that all payments have been recorded successfully.
After each upload to Ezidebit do the following:
  1. Open Ezidebit Download screen
  2. Set the date at the bottom of the screen back 5 days
  3. Click Download
  4. If a payment comes back as “New” DO NOT upload this payment again. This payment has uploaded successfully
  5. Once Ezidebit has processed the “New” payments, they will be allocated correctly in Kindy Manager
