Supporting you with TeamViewer

This week we discuss how to get the most out of your support calls using TeamViewer
or go to kindymanager.com and click on the teamviewer button.
I’ve downloaded it, now what?
Go to your Downloads folder and copy the file “TeamViewerQS_en.exe”.
Go to your Desktop and paste the file there.
This way you won’t have to download it every time AND you’ll be able to find it quickly when you need it.
How to get the most out of your support call

Ezidebit Notification

Ezidebit

Recent Data Center Upgrade

How to check if your Ezidebit uploads have been successful

How to check and manage your payments
Problem
We have received many reports that not all payments appear to be uploading to Ezidebit or are timing out.
They actually are uploading, however on the odd occasion Kindy Manager isn’t receiving a successful response from Ezidebit.
So now you may not be 100% sure that all payments have been recorded successfully.
Solution
After each upload to Ezidebit do the following:
  1. Open Ezidebit Download screen
  2. Set the date at the bottom of the screen back 5 days
  3. Click Download
  4. If a payment comes back as “New” DO NOT upload this payment again. This payment has uploaded successfully
  5. Once Ezidebit has processed the “New” payments, they will be allocated correctly in Kindy Manager
If you still aren’t sure, please contact us 07 5594 0519
